What is Feng Shui? | Anjalika Sanstha

What is Feng Shui?

It is Vastu Shastra of China ‘VASTU’ means a place where God and human beings dwell or reside. The residence of the two together, gives a feeling of immense peace. Feng Shui is not at all connected with any religion or cast. Feng Shui has its origin in china long back, but this does not mean that only boddh religion people can avail the benefits of Feng Shui. The benefits of Feng Shui are open to all persons of any religion or faith. For this particular reason, Feng Shui has become very much popular in many countries. Feng Shui provides peace and prosperity to the people. As per words, Feng Shui means wind and water. The right proportion or balance of wind and water is Feng Shui. Wind when flows in a moderate manner, it is peaceful and beneficial. Water, which is clean and pure satisfies our needs and it is beneficial. The water is regarded as wealth in Feng Shui. As per Indian Vastu Shastra, by changing the structure from the wrong to the right direction, we can convert the negative energy, into a positive energy and for the same purpose many a times, we are to dismantle a structure and rebuilt it, as per Indian Vastu. In view of the lack of residential areas now a days, we find that majority of the built houses, factories,  offices, apartments are having Vastu defects. A lot of money and time is required for the modification, reconstruction of such defective structures which is not possible for every person. But as per Chinese Vastu, Feng Shui, no modification or reconstruction is needed for defective structures, in such cases Feng Shui is to be adopted, which is easy, time saving and money saving. To convert negative energy into positive energy, certain and specific cure/remedies are recommend which are very cheaper as compared to dismantling and reconstructing the structures.

The composition of Feng Shui is based in view of the positive circle of Five Elements i.e., Water, Earth, Wood, Fire and Metal.
As per Feng Shui we can divide the LUCK into three time periods :-
1.       Luck of the past or Luck given by heaven (Impossible to change)
2.       Luck of the present or the luck gained or earned by the man (Action-based-Luck)
3.       Luck of the future or the luck gained at the earth. (This luck can be converted or changed into favorable luck easily).
